Parents,

It's now time to get into the full groove of our swim meets! Our first official meet is less than a week away - on Tuesday, 5/31 at the Brittany Club, starting at 5:30pm. Warm ups for the Brittany team will be at 4:30pm. Please make every effort to have your swimmer(s) there on time to participate in the warm up, get "marked up" with their Event/Heat/Lane on their arm in Sharpie, and get into their bull pen (staging area where the kids stay during the meet until they are done). 

Whether you are attending or not, RSVP for the meet. This is helpful for Cara to know so she can set the meet program and know which kids to put into which events. If you don't RSVP, she spends valuable time tracking parents down to ensure their kid will or won't be swimming, so please respect her time and RSVP, even if you aren't attending (there is a drop down menu to select that you aren't attending).

Meets also require A LOT of volunteers. Within the same RSVP link, parents can volunteer for a range of roles. We especially need help with timers in the 2nd half of the meet and for bull pen workers throughout the meet.

Also, mark Wednesday, 6/8 on your calendars for official swim team pictures at 6pm. Individual and group pictures are taken during this time.
