Parents,

We didn't have junior coaches last year since coaches weren't allowed to be in the pool with the kids, but we're reviving the opportunity this year for the tweens/teens who'd like this leadership/initial coaching opportunity. 

For any families that are new to the Brittany Barracudas team and have tweens/teens, this program is for those who may be interested in coaching in the future and would like to help the younger, newer swimmers in the water. They will lead/guide the youngsters across the pool, if they can't make it on their own. They can also help teach them their strokes and, of course, cheer/encourage them.

The junior coach requirements: 

• 11+ years old 
• have great swim skills
• enjoy being around the younger kids (esp 6&under)
• can be at many practices during the summer schedule
